Position: Multi-Skilled Joiner / Snagger
Salary: £15.00 to £17.90 p/h
Hours of work: Full time, minimum of 37.5 hours p/w with overtime available
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire

Located in Coalville, Leicestershire, we specialise in offering a range of bespoke services to our clients, from scheduled maintenance to custom projects, all while nurturing our family values and fostering strong connections within the community.

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner / Snagger to join our team, working across domestic and commercial properties. This is a mobile role, primarily covering sites across the Midlands, with flexible working hours to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities for a Multi-Skilled Joiner / Snagger in Coalville:

Travel to sites (predominantly Midlands-based) to carry out reactive and planned works
Work flexibly, including potential early starts and overtime where required
Complete a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, including:
Lock changes
Kitchen repairs
Window and door adjustments
Sealant works
General reactive maintenance
Undertake snagging works as part of refurbishment and upgrade projects
Maintain high standards of finish and workmanship at all times
Contribute positively to customer satisfaction and ongoing client relationships

Skills and experience needed for a Multi-Skilled Joiner / Snagger in Coalville:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant trade
Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence
High level of attention to detail and pride in workmanship
