Job Overview

We are seeking a stand alone Office Administrator to join our team and keep our daily operations running smoothly. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office environment, ensuring efficient administrative processes and excellent communication. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive workplace where everyone can thrive.

This is a stand alone role.

Duties

Maintain the purchase ledger on a daily basis: Checking POs, coding invoices, Sage processing, managing disputes
Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring quick retrieval of documents
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Sage.
Process invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.
Assist with inventory management of office supplies and equipment to ensure availability at all times
Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications promptly to keep everyone informed and connected

Qualifications

Previous purchase and sales ledger experience
Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience of working with Sage advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
