Job Summary

Join our dynamic team in Tramp Health as a Food Runner and become a vital link between the kitchen and our valued guests! In this energetic role, you will ensure that delicious dishes are delivered promptly and accurately to enhance the dining experience. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel cared for from the moment they arrive. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Duties

Deliver prepared food orders swiftly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are maintained
Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, and organizing dishes before delivery
Support kitchen staff by managing order flow and communicating special requests or dietary needs clearly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas throughout your shift
Collaborate with servers, chefs, and management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
Handle guest inquiries politely, providing excellent guest services with professional phone etiquette when needed
Follow food safety guidelines diligently to uphold health standards and prevent contamination

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food preparation is highly desirable
Familiarity with food safety protocols and handling procedures
Experience as a delivery driver or in roles involving delivery logistics is a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
Knowledge of kitchen operations, meal preparation, and serving techniques preferred
Customer service experience in hotel, barista, or culinary settings is advantageous
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
