If you're organised, enjoy working with people and like the idea of every day being a little different, an Events Assistant role could be the perfect fit.

We're looking for someone to support the delivery of promotional events and customer engagement campaigns for a variety of client brands. You'll work as part of a collaborative team, helping campaigns run smoothly while creating positive experiences for customers.

Whether you're taking your first step into events or looking to build on existing customer service experience, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What the role involves

As an Events Assistant, you'll help bring campaigns to life by supporting the planning and delivery of customer-focused events.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the coordination of promotional campaigns and events
Welcoming customers and creating a positive brand experience
Sharing information about products, services and current campaigns
Supporting event preparation, organisation and daily operations
Working closely with colleagues to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard
Building positive relationships with customers and representing client brands professionally
Contributing ideas and feedback to help improve future campaigns
