Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing initiatives that elevate our brand presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, driving brand growth through creative campaigns, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media management, product management, and branding strategies, with a proven track record in B2B marketing and public relations. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Manage social media channels, creating engaging content and analysing performance metrics to optimise outreach.
Oversee product management activities, ensuring consistent branding across all product lines and marketing collateral.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions.
Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation and foster positive stakeholder relationships.
Utilise Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling visual content for campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms.
Lead B2B marketing initiatives, building relationships with corporate clients and industry partners.
Analyse campaign performance data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative departments to ensure cohesive messaging.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management, branding, and marketing within a corporate environment.
Strong product management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analysis skills with proficiency in market research techniques and data interpretation.
Experience in public relations strategies and stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing practices and campaign execution.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored for diverse audiences.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
