Bookings Administrator

Wolverhampton Hospital | Bookings Administrator | Fixed Term 12 Month Contract | Full Time |

£25,038 per annum

37.5 hours per week

As a Bookings Administrator, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently processing booking forms and administering calls and emails whilst prioritising patient experience and delivering clear communication.

As a Booking Administrator, you will:

Process booking forms received by e-mail. Obtaining relevant information from the patient, Consultant or Medical Secretary.
Making/receiving phone calls to patients
Establishing stakeholder relationships including consultants and colleagues
Contributing and supporting the patient pathway, including booking pre-assessment appointments
Manage patient queries to support their journey through the hospital.
Dispatch communications (emails, letters) to relevant parties to ensure appointments are processed effectively and efficiently and within agreed specified timescales.
