Waingels Gardens Day Nursery – Woodley, Reading
Part-Time - Work pattern of 8am-2pm- Monday to Friday-all year round

Waingels Gardens Day Nursery is a welcoming, vibrant setting located within the grounds of Waingels College in Woodley, Reading. We are passionate about creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our friendly and supportive team. If you are committed to making a positive impact on young children’s lives and delivering high-quality early years education, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

To support the daily running of the nursery by working as part of the staff team to provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children. The role will primarily support staff cover between 8:00am–2:00pm, including covering staff breaks, assisting within rooms as needed, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and ensuring children’s individual needs are met in line with nursery policies and the EYFS framework.

Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
Experience working with children aged 0–5 years
A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
