Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our organisation. This role involves identifying new market opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of POS software, and the ability to lead a sales team towards achieving organisational objectives. Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organisational targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse markets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance levels.
Utilise POS software to track sales activities, analyse data, and generate reports.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in POS software.
