The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and closing new business.

You will be responsible for generating new clients across multiple industries, promoting BK HUB’s broad portfolio of services, and building long-term commercial partnerships. The role offers significant earning potential through uncapped commission and the opportunity to sell services across several high-growth sectors rather than being limited to a single product or industry.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Develop relationships with business owners, directors, and key decision-makers.
Generate repeat business through long-term client relationships.
Attend networking events and represent BK HUB professionally.

Lead Generation

Generate high-quality leads using a variety of channels, including:

LinkedIn Premium and Sales Navigator
LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Facebook and social media marketing
Cold calling
Email marketing campaigns
Business networking events
Referrals
Upwork, Freelancer and Fiverr
Market research and competitor analysis

Sales & Client Engagement

Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs.

Present tailored solutions from BK HUB’s service portfolio.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Negotiate commercial terms.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to contract completion.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

CRM & Sales Reporting

Maintain accurate records within the company’s CRM system.
Monitor sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
Produce weekly activity and sales reports.
Work towards agreed KPIs and revenue objectives.

Account Management

Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services.
Develop long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Skills & Experience Essential:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
Experience using LinkedIn Premium and Sales Navigator.
Experience generating leads through social media and digital channels.
Experience winning projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Commercial awareness with a consultative sales approach.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Highly driven with a positive and resilient attitude.

Desirable Experience

Experience within one or more of the following sectors would be advantageous:
