Job Description: We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of culinary excellence and consistency. You will work closely with the owner to oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, and contribute to the creation of innovative dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and seasonal produce.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and developing menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and local produce.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to maintain efficient stock control.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
Cater to all dietary requirements, creating dishes that are inclusive and respectful of guest preferences and needs.
Collaborate on new recipe development and menu updates.
Take charge of the kitchen and ensuring continuity and excellence in food service.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required.
