Overview

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Receptionist/Administrator at Abercynon Medical Centre and become one of the friendly, organised team members of our practice! Duties

Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression
Schedule appointments accurately using our practice management software

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records
Verify insurance details and process billing information with precision
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a professional environment

Skills

Previous office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills
Administrative experience in a healthcare or medical setting is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with patients and team members
