Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Commis Chef / Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, assisting in kitchen operations, and ensuring food safety standards are maintained at all times. Support the kitchen team during service hours by ensuring timely meal preparation and presentation.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices.
Hands-on experience with meal preparation techniques across various cuisines.
Excellent kitchen skills including knife handling, ingredient management, and plating presentation.
