Responsibilities

Operate various industrial sewing machines to assemble, repair, or customize products according to specifications.
Ensure all sewing tasks are completed with precision, maintaining high quality standards throughout production.
Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform basic maintenance to minimize downtime.
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to quality control procedures.
Maintain organized workstations, ensuring tools and materials are readily accessible for efficient workflow.
Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors of material needs.

Qualifications

Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
Proven sewing skills with experience operating industrial sewing machines.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, diagrams, or technical instructions clearly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good physical stamina; able to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks comfortably.
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to manufacturing environments.
