Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Food and Beverage Assistant, where your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, assisting with food and drink preparation, and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service areas. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your catering, serving, and hospitality expertise while working in a lively, fast-paced setting.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service to ensure a positive dining experience
Assist with food preparation, presentation, and ensuring all dishes meet quality standards
Serve beverages, including barista-style coffee drinks, with professionalism and efficiency
Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing food stations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food preparation and service areas in accordance with food safety regulations
Take orders accurately, process payments, and handle customer inquiries promptly
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Experience

Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is not essential
Knowledge of catering services and food safety practices is not essential as training is given
Experience in serving or barista roles demonstrates strong customer service skills.
