Pizza Chef

Do you have a passion for pizza (who doesn’t) and for making people happy?

We are on the hunt for passionate pizza creators in a quality focussed take away in the Bailgate area of Lincoln serving visitors and locals with a smile

You will be crafting handmade artisan pizza that will make hearts race and mouths water.

So, if you have a high level of enthusiasm and a great attention to detail ready to work in a fun fast paced environment you are the person for us.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience, working with a team and independently. Confidence, enthusiasm, professionalism and, maybe most importantly, common sense, are a must to work with us.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Have previous experience working in a kitchen

- Have proof of right to work in the UK

- Have a UK bank account in your own name

- Be able to converse in English

- Have a fixed place of residence within a reasonable travelling distance of your main workplace

AIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Include but not limited to:

- To represent the company’s high standards of personal presentation and behaviour at all times during a shift

- To report for duty, punctually, wearing the correct uniform

- Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures at all times

- Prepare, cook present and serve food quickly and efficiently meeting our high standards

- Work safely around the kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager

- Complete all appropriate company documentation and key tasks on every shift

- To ensure that a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained to meet hygiene regulations by following cleaning routines and on-going diligence during the shift and in set up and close-down procedures

- To have a thorough knowledge of and adherence to the law with regard to the following company regulations; Health & Safety Regulations, Food Handling & Hygiene Laws, Fire Regulations and Procedures, First Aid Procedures

- To bring a positive attitude to teamwork, contributing to the smooth running of the venue

- To carry out any other reasonable duty that may be requested by the management team
