Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Team Member and be the welcoming face of our establishment! In this energetic role, you will create memorable experiences for every guest by delivering exceptional service, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a lively, positive atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a warm environment where guests feel valued and eager to return. Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
Assist with food preparation tasks and uphold food safety standards at all times
Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to enhance guest enjoyment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address any special requests or dietary needs
Handle basic math calculations for billing, payments, and change accurately
Uphold health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation standards

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation is advantageous
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or tasks efficiently during busy periods
Experience in guest services or customer-facing roles that demonstrate excellent communication skills
Knowledge of upselling strategies to enhance sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction
Kitchen or culinary experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
