Job Title: Painter / Maintenance Operative
Full-Time Vacancy

We are seeking motivated Maintenance Operative to join our growing team. If you take satisfaction in completing tasks to a high standard and enjoy being part of a company that values quality and teamwork, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Operative is to enhance property conditions and quality by performing mould treatments, painting, ad hoc associated minor repairs associated to condensation control / mould growth

You’ll work both independently and as part of a larger team to support our social housing clients

Perform mould washes and painting to improve property conditions.
Conduct minor repairs related to condensation and mould issues

o Requirements

Full Clean UK Driving Licence: Essential for using the provided company vehicle.
A proactive approach and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
