What you’ll be doing

You’ll be a key face of The Hertsmere, helping golfers of all abilities have the best possible experience from the moment they arrive.

Welcoming golfers and assisting with tee time check-ins and starter duties

Keeping the driving range running smoothly: ball collection, range setup, and Toptracer assistance

Supporting golf day events, societies, and competitions

Ensuring the course, range, and practice areas are immaculate and ready for play

Assisting in the golf shop with retail sales, bookings, and enquiries

Being a friendly, knowledgeable ambassador for everything The Hertsmere has to offer

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need to be a scratch handicapper, but a genuine interest in golf and a warm, can-do attitude go a long way here. We’re especially keen to meet people who:

Enjoy working outdoors and with the public

Take pride in delivering a great guest experience

Are reliable, hardworking, and happy to muck in as part of a team

Are available at weekends and during peak periods (we’re a 7-day-a-week venue)

Have some customer service or hospitality experience but we’ll happily train the right person
