Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Bar Supervisor/Manager to lead our bar operations with passion and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily bar activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests while managing the operational aspects of the bar environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel management who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to elevate the bar experience.

Duties

Supervise daily bar operations, including overseeing food and beverage preparation, serving, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met consistently
Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and service staff, providing training, customer service, and operational procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment by supervising cleanliness standards in line with health regulations
Assist in menu planning by collaborating with culinary teams to incorporate food preparation techniques and innovative drink options
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Experience

Proven supervising or managerial experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food production techniques
Experience working behind the bar as a bartender or barista is highly desirable
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
Previous experience in hospitality roles involving serving guests and managing customer relationships
