Customer Service Administrator

BARTON MARINA, NEAR BARTON-UNDER-NEEDWOOD DE13 8AS

FULL TIME

The Role

Our prestigious Midlands salon is recruiting for an experienced and naturally personable Customer Service Administrator who will deliver a first-class impression every time. With a proven track record in similar roles, you will demonstrate a high attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of administration. Operating from front of house, you will be truly customer focused and will dedicate yourself to maintaining our unparalleled reputation in hair loss. Clients who have experienced hair loss through Alopecia and chemotherapy treatment are at the heart of what we do. Ultimately, you will help boost our reputation by building friendly and trusting relationships

Responsibilities

· Warmly greeting clients upon their arrival, consistently displaying courtesy & discretion

· Assisting Salon Management with their workload, adopting a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude

· Scheduling and confirming appointments via the salon CRM system, phone & e mail queries and salon WhatsApp, maintaining detailed and accurate client data records

· Competently informing clients about all in house and web-based services, products and offers

· Excellent compliant handling, always resolving to the highest standard

· General office administration

· Efficient use of Company software & programs

· Accurate payment processing

· Posting daily sales

· Stock control including regular stock counts, ordering and transfers

· Salon Health and Safety awareness, driving compliance in all areas

· Ensures GDPR compliance is followed in all processes

· Excellent time management & organisational skills

· Proven competency in all general administration

· Excels in all areas of customer relations

· A positive and professional team player in every sense

· Exceptional communication skills

· A problem solver who recognises the issue & then finds the solution

· Flexible approach to assisting with salon in house events

Skills/Experience

· Highly experienced in all areas of customer service is essential

· Extensive experience in general office administration is essential

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel is essential

Our Offer

· Starting salary £24,784.50

· Tuesday to Saturday 9 am to 5 pm, 37.5 hours per week
