Full job description

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior New Business Administrator to join our Conveyancing department as a result of our continued growth, working from our Northampton office on a permanent basis.

The Role

· Liaise with clients face to face and over the phone

· Deliver exceptional customer service

· Ensure clients have smooth and efficient experience

· File opening both physically and via our Case Management system

· Receiving and issuing correspondence and documentation to clients

· Report to the New Business Manager

Required Skills and Experience

· Adhere to the Firm’s compliance obligations

· Attention to detail and ability to cope under pressure within a busy environment

· Good standard of literacy and numeracy

· Previous experience within client facing environments is desirable

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work on own initiative
