As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, motivated, and customer-focused Property Manager to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day management of our residential portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors while ensuring properties are managed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to move-out.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance issues from initial report through to resolution.
Arrange contractor appointments.
Conduct routine property inspections, check-ins, and check-outs.
Process tenancy applications, renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy documentation.
Monitor rent payments and assist with arrears management where required.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including Right to Rent, Deposit Protection, Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate property records using the company's CRM and property management systems.
Assist with the growth and retention of the lettings portfolio by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the ongoing development of the business.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential property management.
A strong understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
Experience using property management software and Microsoft Office.
A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
The ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a team.

Competitive salary of £24,500 - £30,000, depending on experience.
