Job Summary

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Receptionist, where your energetic and welcoming presence will set the tone for an exceptional patient experience. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing appointments, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to a positive, efficient environment that supports both patient care and clinic success.

Duties

Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments with precision and care
Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct messages promptly
Maintain accurate patient records, update information, and ensure confidentiality
Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently while verifying insurance details
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry
Support the clinic’s daily operations by coordinating with medical staff and ensuring timely communication

Experience

Prior office experience or administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills to interact confidently with patients, staff, and external partners
Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office or similar tools
Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping and appointment scheduling
