Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Part-Time Receptionist to join our vibrant Education Centre team. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our centre, providing exceptional front-desk support and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a positive environment for students, staff, and visitors alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop administrative skills while contributing to an inspiring educational community.

Responsibilities

Welcoming students and parents/carers
Managing student arrivals and ensuring safe handover to parents/carers at collection
Responding to enquiries and communicating with families
Managing payments and maintaining accurate records
Providing general reception and administrative support
Helping ensure class sessions run smoothly and efficiently

Skills

Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive)
Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong communication skills, good organisation and attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual
Confident working with children and parents
Calm and professional manner
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
