Full job description

To ensure that the stock record is accurate and operationally efficient for the Castleford Site.

Role Responsibilities

Key Role Responsibilities:

Carry out daily cycle counts and process any rechecks.
Training and coaching of warehouse staff on cycle count process.
Support periodic full site stock checks and any following re-checks.
Determine appropriate physical stock locations for products based on velocity reports
Use stock bin reports to effectively relocate non conforming products
Support the removal of damaged/non conforming goods from the warehouse · Investigate and resolve customer service shipping issues.
Investigate and resolve warehouse stock queries.
Carry out stock rotations as requested by Product Managers.

Key Measures of Performance:

Stock accuracy as measured by the value adjusted.
Number of products per location

Additional Responsibilities

Skills & Personal Attributes

Skills & Abilities:

Financial awareness to understand the impact of stock loss
Numerate and systems literate (Excel, SAP, database)

Experience & Knowledge:

Knowledge of warehouse processes, preferably in an electronics or FMCG environment
Experience of stock count processes
Experienced user of ERP systems (Prefer SAP) and Warehouse Management systems (Prefer HighJump)
Understanding of data analysis tools within Excel to identify patterns and trends Personal Attributes:
Self starter and resilient
High attention to detail
Process driven to achieve high customer satisfaction
Open and direct communication
