Job Overview

Are you passionate about real estate and eager to connect people with their dream properties? We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Sales Negotiator to join our energetic team! In this role, either full time or part time, you will be the vital link between buyers and sellers, guiding clients through the sales process with enthusiasm, professionalism, and expert negotiation skills. Your proactive approach will help drive sales success and ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved. Duties

Engage with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to attract serious offers.
Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, updating records, and coordinating appointments efficiently.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales process, ensuring transparency and confidence.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop marketing strategies for property listings and outreach campaigns.
Keep detailed records of interactions, negotiations, and transactions to support smooth operations.
Will include working some Saturdays per month 9am - 1pm

Experience

Previous experience in property sales, real estate agency work, or a related sales role is highly desirable but not essential.
Strong administrative experience with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and listings effectively.
Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written formats; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clients.
Proven ability to negotiate confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Demonstrated organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
