Experienced Lettings Administrator Minimum 12 Months’ Lettings Experience Required

Location: Denton, Manchester.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Join the Team at My Property Club

Due to our continued growth, My Property Club is looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our friendly and professional team.

This is not a general administration role. We are looking for someone with at least 12 months’ experience working within a lettings or estate agency who can confidently manage the administration of the lettings process from application through to move-in.

The Role

As our Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our busy lettings department and ensuring every tenancy progresses smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Carrying out tenant referencing and affordability checks.

· Managing tenancy applications from initial enquiry through to move-in.

· Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation.

· Liaising with landlords, tenants, guarantors and contractors.

· Managing utility notifications and change of occupancy.

· Registering deposits and ensuring compliance documentation is complete.

· Uploading and maintaining property information on our software systems.

· Answering telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries.

· Booking appointments and assisting the sales and lettings team.

· Maintaining accurate property and customer records.

· General office administration to support the smooth running of the business.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

· A minimum of 12 months’ experience working within a lettings or estate agency.

· Experience carrying out tenant referencing and progressing tenancies.

· Knowledge of the lettings process from application to move-in.

· Experience dealing with utility providers and tenancy administration.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

· The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· A professional, positive and proactive attitude.
