Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, uphold food safety standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages teamwork and excellence. Your leadership will drive the success of our restaurant by fostering a positive environment, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring smooth kitchen and front-of-house coordination. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, supervise and support staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
Ensure customers receive a welcoming, professional and memorable dining experience, promptly resolving complaints and service issues.
Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation, quality presentation and efficient service.
Monitor compliance with food hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations.
Oversee stock ordering, inventory control and supplier relationships to ensure product availability and minimise waste.

Experience

Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment with supervisory responsibilities
Extensive restaurant experience with strong knowledge of food safety practices
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams in fast-paced settings
Familiarity with food preparation processes, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
