Warehouse Operative

Join Our Warehouse Team

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy Warehouse Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and safety.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring materials are available for production, stock levels are accurately maintained, and goods are received and stored efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and prepare materials to meet production requirements.
Carry out cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
Receive, locate, and store incoming stock.
Operate forklift trucks and other lifting equipment (full training provided).
Use warehouse systems and PCs for stock control, inventory transfers, and record keeping.
Maintain high levels of accuracy when processing materials and inventory.
Follow established quality standards, procedures, and process specifications.
Adhere to all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) requirements and company policies.
Work flexibly across warehouse activities and provide support in other departments when required.
Undertake additional duties as requested by management, provided appropriate training and support are given.

About You

Essential:

Ability to follow specifications and work instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
Good level of manual dexterity.
Experience working effectively as part of a team.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Desirable:

Previous warehouse or stores experience.
Knowledge of inventory control and stock management processes.
Forklift Truck (FLT) licence or previous FLT experience.

No Agencies Please

We are looking for individuals on a rotating shift (12% Shift allowance applicable);

AM -Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm and Friday: 6:00am – 11.30am.
PM - Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm and Friday: 11:30am – 5:00pm.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: From £13.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
