Job Title: Trainee Office Administrator
Location: Port Talbot
Salary: £12.85 per hour
Job Reference: GS-025

Responsibilities we’ll train you do be able to deal with:

Processing orders via email, and a paperless order entry system
Resolving customer queries via email
Working closely to deadlines and targets to ensure orders are correct and in a timely manner

Your work/life balance:
The shifts available are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Traits, Knowledge and expertise:

Desirable:

Basic written and spoken English
Keen to learn new skills
Qualified to GCSE or equivalent
Being adaptable to an ever developing environment
Experience using Microsoft Office Packages.

Essential

Being able to work well in a team, and being able to work under own initiative
Being able to self motivate and hardworking
Demonstration of high level of accuracy and numeracy
Good attention to detail
