Full job description

Job Opportunity:

Are you an expert organiser, a confident communicator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Link is looking for a weekend Campaign Support Assistant to lead the delivery of end-to-end experiential campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. The role is part time 15-25 hours per week and will include working a weekend on a rotational basis, usually on a 3 week rotation.

You’ll be at the heart of everything - from briefing through to execution and post-campaign analysis - ensuring every detail is meticulously planned, delivered, and reviewed. If you're a strategic thinker with an eye for operational excellence, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Campaign Planning

Take detailed briefs from clients and translate them into clear task plans and timelines.
Manage budgets, forecast profitability, and ensure all campaign materials and instructions are prepped to perfection.
Lead recruitment, vetting and training of temporary staff with support from the staffing team.
Coordinate logistics, health & safety, and venue management to ensure everything’s in place before go-live.

Live Campaign Delivery

Oversee the real-time execution of campaigns, acting quickly to resolve any issues.
Track performance using photos, location check-ins and qualitative/quantitative data.
Deliver live updates and early feedback to clients, ensuring transparency and confidence.
Provide daily/weekly reports and staff evaluations to optimise future performance.

Post-Campaign Wrap-Up

Consolidate assets, debrief staff, and handle logistics close-down.
Deliver professional-grade final reports with insights, results, and actionable recommendations.
Evaluate campaign success and support client development through follow-up meetings and new proposals.

Client & Business Development

Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and proactive ideas.
Use social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) to showcase successful campaigns and grow brand visibility.

About You

Proven experience managing end-to-end campaigns (ideally in experiential, events, or field marketing).
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask across multiple campaigns.
Comfortable managing budgets, writing reports, and leading staff teams on the ground.
Confident communicator with clients and team members alike - both written and verbal.
Able to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
