We're looking for a creative and ambitious Social Media & Video Content Creator to help

grow our online presence and take our digital marketing to the next level.

The Role

This is a hands-on creative role focused heavily on short-form video content.

You'll be responsible for creating engaging, professional and sometimes fun content for

TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook, using AI video technology, editing tools and current social media trends.

We want someone who can take a simple marketing idea and turn it into a video that stops people scrolling, gets them watching and encourages them to take action.

Responsibilities

● Create engaging AI-generated videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTubeShorts.

● Develop creative ideas, scripts, storylines and attention-grabbing hooks.

● Create promotional and educational content around NuvolaPOS, NuvolaPAY and

Microtill.

● Produce short-form videos typically between 10–30 seconds.

● Edit videos with captions, music, voiceovers, effects and branding.

● Use AI tools to create realistic and creative scenarios for hospitality and retail.

● Follow TikTok and Instagram trends and find ways to make them relevant to our

business.

● Manage and schedule social media content.

● Monitor comments, engagement and audience reactions.

● Review analytics to understand what content performs best.

● Test different ideas, hooks and creative styles to improve results.

● Create campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, website traffic, enquiries

and leads.

● Work with the sales and marketing team to turn promotions and product features into

engaging content.

Skills

We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive and genuinely understands social

media.

You should have:

● Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.

● Experience using AI video-generation tools such as Veo, Sora, Runway, Kling, Pika,

HeyGen or similar.

● Strong video editing and storytelling skills.

● A good understanding of social media trends and what makes people stop scrolling.

● The ability to write short, engaging scripts and captions.

● An understanding of social media analytics and performance.

● A creative approach to advertising and lead generation.

● The ability to work independently and turn a brief into finished content.

● Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual quality.

Experience in B2B, technology, hospitality, retail or digital advertising would be an

advantage.
