Full job description

We are seeking an organised, reliable, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a varied role that combines bookkeeping responsibilities with general office administration where required. This role would be working between our 2 offices both based in Keighley

Responsibilities :

Raise and issue accurate sales invoices using Xero
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
Retreive supplier invoices and bills from company email accounts
Upload , process and accurately code supplier bills using Dext

The successful candidate will have:

Previous bookkeeping and administrative experience
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Xero)
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
