Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic FOH (Front of House) Manager to lead our hospitality team and create memorable experiences for our guests. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding hospitality while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the front-of-house team, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee food preparation and serving processes to uphold quality standards and enhance guest satisfaction.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all front-of-house areas.
Train staff on service protocols, menu knowledge, food presentation, and hospitality best practices.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Monitor inventory levels for service supplies and assist in ordering when necessary to prevent shortages.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills.
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving procedures.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations essential for maintaining high hygiene levels.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate staff and engage guests effectively.
Experience in culinary arts or kitchen operations is highly desirable.
Background in hospitality or hotel environments adds valuable insight into guest service excellence.
Barista experience or bar service knowledge is a plus for versatile front-of-house management.
