Job Summary

Hours of work - 10.00am - 2.00pm - Tuesday - Thursday (inclusive)

Duties

Assist customers by providing product information, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
Support the sales team in reaching daily and weekly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques
Participate in B2B (business-to-business) sales activities by establishing relationships with corporate clients and assisting in order processing
Update customer records, and track sales data accurately
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion of tasks

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey information and build rapport with customers
Basic IT literacy, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and data entry tools
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent organizational skills to keep work areas tidy
Experience or interest in negotiation, B2B sales, or customer service is a plus
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about products, sales techniques, and organizational procedures
