GP Receptionist | Part-Time | 3 Mornings per Week

The Writtle Surgery, Writtle Village, Essex

Are you a friendly, organised and compassionate individual looking to make a difference in our local community?

The Writtle Surgery is a well-established village practice at the heart of Writtle, providing high-quality healthcare to our patients in a friendly and supportive environment. We are seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team for three mornings per week.

To provide accessible, high-quality, patient-centred healthcare, delivered with compassion, professionalism and respect, while supporting the health and wellbeing of our community.

About the Role

· Greeting patients and visitors

· Answering telephone calls and helping with enquiries

· Booking and managing appointments

· Processing patient information accurately and confidentially

· Supporting clinicians and colleagues with administrative tasks

About You

· Friendly, approachable and empathetic

· Excellent communicator

· Organised and able to manage competing priorities

· Comfortable using computer systems

· Team player with a positive and flexible attitude
