Practice Manager – ( Permanent)
Location: West Byfleet
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £30K+ (Competitive & dependent on experience)

Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Practice Manager to join a growing, patient-focused dental group. We are seeking a highly organised leader with a proven background in dental or healthcare practice management who can inspire teams, drive performance, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, lead and develop a high-performing team, and maintain excellence across clinical governance, compliance, financial performance, and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the practice
Lead, support, and motivate the practice team to deliver excellent patient care
Manage financial aspects including budgeting, reporting, and cost control
Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and compliance with regulatory standards
Oversee HR functions including recruitment, on boarding, training, and performance management
Provide occasional chair side support when required
Work closely with the wider management team to support the growth and success of the practice

About You:

Previous management experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting
Strong financial management and organisational skills
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and adapt to changing needs
