Part‑Time Office & Warehouse Assistant (20-25 Hours Per Week)

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office & Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations across both administrative and warehouse functions. This role is ideal for someone organised, hands‑on, and comfortable switching between desk‑based tasks and physical work in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration — Inbound and Outbound calls, responding to emails, updating records, filing documents, and supporting general office operations.
Order Processing — Preparing invoices, entering orders into the system, printing labels, and coordinating dispatch.
Warehouse Support — Picking and packing orders, organising stock, restocking shelves, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Customer Service — Providing friendly and helpful support to customers and suppliers via phone or email.
General Support — Helping with deliveries, preparing shipments, and supporting the wider team as needed.

Skills & Experience

Organisation Skills — Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Computer Literacy — Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
Communication — Clear, friendly, and professional communication style.
Physical Capability — Able to lift and move boxes safely (typically up to 10kg).
Previous experience in an office, warehouse, or hybrid role is beneficial but not essential.

Hours & Pay

Part‑time hours (20-25 hours), flexible scheduling available.
Opportunity for additional hours during busy periods.
