Job Summary

Join our expanding dynamic dental team as a Dental Receptionist, where your energetic and welcoming presence will set the tone for a positive patient experience. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Duties

Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently using our practice management software
Manage patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about dental services and procedures
Collect payments, process insurance claims, and verify patient insurance details
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely flow of patient care and appointment scheduling
Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects professionalism and friendliness

Requirements

Previous office experience or administrative experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or practice management systems
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
