Full job description

Customer Service Co-ordinator £27k-£28k, plus Company Bonus c£2,250 (paid at Christmas if Company and Personal targets are achieved), Free Private Healthcare, Free Life Insurance( 3 x Annual Salary), Pension

Four day week, work from home for one day a week (Monday) .

35.5 hours a week available, Flexible hours possible, Development opportunities.

5 weeks holiday plus Bank Holiday's from January.

Job title: Customer Service Co-ordinator

Work Location: Waterbeach

Division/Department: Sales

Reports to: Customer Service Director

Management of Staff None

35.5 Hours a week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Working with UK and overseas customers from our Waterbeach office, you will work for the Customer Service Director maintaining customer accounts in processing, and delivery of customer orders and quotations and provide excellent customer service to our customers.

· Processing of Sales orders in a timely manner onto the company I.T. system (SAP) from order placement through to delivery.

· Processing Sales quotes under the direction of the Customer Service Director

· Processing of re-scheduling in a timely manner as required by customers

· Dealing with email and calls from customers

· Use and updating the company CRM system with customer order and contact details, new sales activities and follow ups.

· Tracking customer orders and updating them of their progress

· After sales support to all customers

· KPI’s - ensure we are meeting monthly KPI’s

· Shipping and logistics – booking shipments and liaising with couriers with any issues.

· Administrative support as required

· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

· Dealing with customer issues and resolving in line with company policy

Ability to travel worldwide for trade shows, where you will be the face of the company.

Any other duties that may arise from time to time

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· Customer Service / Administration experience in an office environment would be preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers by phone, email and face to face if attending shows.

· Excellent attention to detail

· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

· Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, priorities workload and multitask in a fast paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters

· Organized, Motivated and have a proactive approach.
