What does the role involve?

No two days are the same. Our customers are all individuals with different needs, and you could be supporting them with:

Personal care
Medication assistance
Preparing meals
Taking or accompanying customers shopping
Light housework
Accompanying customers to appointments
Providing companionship at home
Supporting customers to get out and about in the community
Most importantly, being there for someone and making a positive difference to their day

Sometimes it's helping someone with their morning routine. Sometimes it's preparing their favourite meal. Sometimes it's simply sitting down for a cup of tea and a chat.

It's the little things that can make a big difference.

£14.65 per hour weekends

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in care or community-based care would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.

We provide full training and ongoing support.

As this is a community-based role, you will need to be able to drive, have access to your own vehicle and live in the Lowestoft or Beccles area.

Our calls take place between 7:30am and 9:00pm, and you will need to have some availability to work every other weekend.
