TOA Taxis, Birmingham's most prestigious black cab company, are seeking a Call Centre Operator to join our team based in Harborne, Birmingham.

We have x1 vacancy available;

- Full Time on the Afternoon Shift 5 days per week /3:00pm - 11:00pm).

(Please note the role is office based, not remote and we are not looking for outsourced staff)

Your main responsibilities will include:

Taking incoming calls from customers who would like to book a taxi or assisting with any general inquiries.
(Data entry) Recording and inputting information accurately.
Dispatching drivers to provide timely and efficient transportation.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Computer Literate
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or a transportation-related field preferred.
Geographical knowledge of Birmingham is useful but not essential as full training will be provided.
DBS Checked
This role can be fast paced during peak times so you must be able to work under pressure in a calm, professional manner.
