Overview

We are looking for a part time friendly and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities, including taking beer orders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. If you enjoy multitasking and supporting a busy office, this position offers a great opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
Manage incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, transferring calls or taking messages as needed.
Take orders for beer deliveries.
Order stock from out sourced suppliers.
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks when necessary.
Maintain organized files, records, and office supplies to ensure efficient workflow.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff members.
Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents.
Handle basic clerical duties including typing correspondence, updating databases, and managing email communications.

Experience

Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is key.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Experience with data entry and basic clerical work to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
