Key Duties

Prepare a variety of tea-based beverages, including both hot and iced options
Welcome customers warmly, accurately record orders, and provide attentive service
Use drink preparation equipment such as blenders and automated machines efficiently
Adhere to established recipes to maintain consistency and product standards
Assist with simple food preparation tasks when required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all work areas in line with hygiene regulations
Handle transactions, including cash and card payments, using POS systems
Follow company procedures and operational standards at all times
Observe all food safety and workplace health guidelines
Cooperate closely with colleagues to support a positive and productive team environment
Stay calm and effective during peak hours and high customer volume
Ensure all items are packaged properly and presented to a high standard

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, café, or food service is beneficial but not mandatory
Familiarity with basic food hygiene principles is preferred
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Able to perform well in a fast-moving, customer-oriented setting
Comfortable handling basic calculations for orders and payments
Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
