Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Food and Beverage manager couple to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our patrons while supporting smooth operational flow. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in catering, serving, and food preparation within a vibrant hospitality environment.

This is a live in job role and is paid on a percentage basis.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring quality standards are met consistently
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any special dietary requirements or preferences
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
Support the team in food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients, garnishing dishes, and restocking supplies as Operate
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods while fostering a friendly and welcoming environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant service is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling and sanitation
Experience with serving or bartending, including barista skills, is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic food preparation skills and familiarity with restaurant operations are preferred
A friendly attitude combined with a proactive approach to customer service will set you apart
