Accounts Assistant – Bespoke Credit Hire Ltd

Bolton (Office-Based)
Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

About Us

Bespoke Credit Hire Ltd is a fast-growing company specialising in credit hire services following road traffic accidents. We work closely with clients, insurers, and solicitors, managing a high-volume caseload and a large fleet nationwide.

We are looking for an organised and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

The Role

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to support the finance department with daily accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial records and assisting with company financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Processing purchase invoices and supplier payments

· Raising sales invoices and assisting with credit control

· Bank reconciliations and daily transaction postings

· Assisting with company financial records and maintaining accurate accounts data

· Processing expenses and handling petty cash records

· Supporting month-end accounting processes

· Assisting with payroll administration where required

· Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding financial queries

· Maintaining organised financial records and documentation

· Assisting senior management with financial reporting and administrative tasks

About You:

· Previous accounts or finance experience preferred (but not essential)

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

· Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

· Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

· Good communication skills

· Experience with accounting software is beneficial but not essential

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary

· The salary offered will be competitive in the current market, based on your experience. This will be discussed with the Director on the interview.
