Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to create a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. In this lively role, you will serve as the friendly face of our establishment, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Your energy and hospitality will help foster a vibrant atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements or reservations
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clear communication with kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Provide information about menu items, including catering options, specials, and dietary accommodations
Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Support food preparation tasks as needed to assist kitchen staff during busy periods

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or catering environments
Strong knowledge of serving techniques and food safety standards
Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with coffee preparation and beverage service
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times
Previous restaurant experience preferred, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
