Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional food quality and service. This role involves overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards of food quality.
Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and customer preferences.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all meal services.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock control to minimise waste.
Enforce strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere focused on continuous improvement.
Collaborate with management on menu development, special events, and customer feedback to enhance overall dining experience.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies at all times.

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment.
