Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry while providing memorable experiences for our patrons. All positions are paid, including internships, and are suitable for individuals who enjoy socialising and working in a lively setting.

Duties

Serve drinks and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
Check identification to verify legal drinking age in accordance with food safety regulations
Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the till system
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts
Assist with setting up and clearing tables or areas as required
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including food safety protocols
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing any queries or concerns

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
Effective time management to ensure timely service and smooth shift flow
Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences
