Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. You will manage front desk operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and support various office functions to keep our organization running smoothly. Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, creating a positive first impression.
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, routing inquiries to the correct departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
Maintain organized records of appointments, meetings, and office supplies inventory.
Support scheduling of meetings and coordinate conference room bookings.
Assist with data entry, filing systems, and basic administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary materials.

Skills

Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and professionalism.
Previous administrative experience is highly desirable to handle varied office duties confidently.
Excellent communication skills—friendly, clear, and respectful in all interactions.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
